  • Responsible for managing internal and external teams of Architects, Interior Designers, Engineers, while partnering with Leasing Directors, Operations Managers, and Clients.

PxWe, HQ, & Classic Building Design and Development

  • Responsible for managing internal and external teams of Architects, Interior Designers, Engineers, Program Managers, Program Experience Managers, Client Solution Representatives, and Real Estate Advisory Consultants from SD-CD phases.

  • Developed and managed large scale build outs of Tenant Improvements for co-working office spaces on multiple floor plates for WW Classic, HQ, and Enterprise clients.

  • Responsible for generating due diligence reports, feasibility budgets, and Project Proformas.

  • GC/Consultant bid leveling, and overall project budget submittals for executive approval.

 

Faraday Future: Sr. Design & Development Manager Los Angeles, CA 2016-2019

Retail Innovation and Development 

  • Worked directly with top executives and company founders to develop brand guidelines, and Go to Market strategies for series A, B, and C rounds of funding with an end goal to IPO.

  • Responsible for developing omni-channel retail strategies for executive board approval.

  • Developed all retail design standard guidelines across flagship, prototype stores, shop in shop, pop up, and mobile concepts.

 

Gap Inc / Banana Republic: Store Design Manager San Francisco, CA 2013-2016

Global Store Design 

  • Responsible for creating new store concepts, Omni-Channel integration, specialty fixtures, and all global retail initiatives for Brand President approval.

  • Developed and managed full scale mock up presentations for executive review, approval, and global implementation.

  • Designed and documented all store vintage templates across international, factory stores, shop in shop, pop up concepts, select flagships, and specialty brands.

 

Apple Inc: Standards & Innovation Design Associate Cupertino, CA 2011-2013

Retail Design and Development 

  • Managed full scale retail store prototype projects from concept stages through project completion for executive design reviews and global rollout initiatives.

  • Responsible for designing initial layouts for retail prototypes at internal mock up facility.

  • Managed all fiscal year budgeting, vendor proposals, purchase requisitions, and invoicing.

  • Responsible for generating vendor contracts for internal Vice President approval.

  • Managed the preparation and assembly of initial cost estimates, construction scheduling, drawings, final reconciliations, and project closeouts for all scales of mock up projects performed at onsite facilities.

Apple Inc: Asia Pacific Development Coordinator Cupertino, CA 2010-2011

Real Estate and Development 

  • Managed all Preservation and Small Works projects with outside vendors for the Japan and Australia divisions including remodeling existing store layouts to meet the current design standards.

  • Responsible for generating vendor contracts for internal Vice President approval.

  • Managed the request and receipt and issuance of purchase orders in an effort to allocate funds for finance approval through project completion.

  • Managed all change order requests with internal finance team from commencement of construction through project close outs.

  • Generated project scheduling and capital expenditures for all development phases. 

  • Managed the preparation and assembly of project costs, surveys, construction schedules, drawings, and relative documents for store development design reviews.

 

Van Acker: Assistant Architectural Project Manager Mill Valley, CA 2009-2010

  • Designed and developed concepts, layouts, interiors, and construction details for high-end residential projects utilizing 2D and 3D software for client approval.

  • Coordinated client needs through a selective bid process to ensure budget and scheduled target dates were successfully achieved.

  • Focused heavily on material selection, creating construction schedules,  permitting,  submittal processing, RFI’s, MEP coordination, and shop drawing review.

 

Butler Armsden Architects: Senior Project Designer San Francisco, CA 2007-2009

  • Conducted formal meetings and site visits with clients, principals, consultants, and contractors on all aspects of historic high end renovations for single family residences.

  • Designed project layouts from concept through construction documentation based on client meetings. Gained extensive knowledge of San Francisco Planning Code CBC, IBC, 311 notifications, and variances.

 

RSA Architects: Architectural Designer Piedmont, CA 2006-2007

  • Conducted formal meetings and site visits with clients, principals, consultants, and contractors on all aspects of  high end renovations for single family residences.

  • Designed project layouts from concept through construction documentation based on client meetings.
